They have helped thousands of companies by providing their services to upgrade the IT skills of their employees and they are looking for a Cyber Security Instructor to join them.

Job Summary:

Cyber Security Instructor will be delivering comprehensive cybersurity training program to various audiences including corporate, government, GLC, and individuals who are seeking to enhance their skillsets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training and provide consultancy in the respective area of specialization
Organize, setup and deliver courses to meet the needs of customers
Carry out training needs analysis
Design, develop and customize course materials to meet the requirements of customers
Conduct assessment and outcomes of courses delivered
Install software, configure systems, upgrade or troubleshoot equipment, and classroom setup as required
Keep current regarding changes in computer technology, introduction of new software products, vendor certifications, and educational methodologies
Flexibility in dealing with scheduling changes and new training situations
Work effectively with individuals from all departments as a Team Player and be committed to the overall success of the Company
Offer exceptional customer service to internal/external customers by being highly communicative and responsive
Reports to General Manager
50 + people will directly report to this role

Qualifications:
Currently security engineer OR IT Trainer, preferably with CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CCSP and similar certifications etc.

Education:

Minimum Degree in IT or Computer Science (Preferable first-class honour)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience required
Skills: Network Security or any security relevant skillsets
Certifications/Licenses: holding any of these: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CCSP

- strong cyber security skillset and teaching skillset

Other Requirements

Work Arrangements: Depend on the class arrangements, physical classroom training, online remote learning, or hybrid training
Travel: willing to travel if required, travel locally & very mínimal of travelling overseas (if required).
This position will be based Selangor
Must have strong proficiency in English

Performance Bonus, Training Day Incentive, Dental Allowance, Medical Allowance

RM 4000 to RM10000

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM4, RM10,000.00 per month
