FINANCE EXECUTIVE (Based in Penang)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for checking and posting invoices, Debit Notes and Credit Notes to system;
To prepare customers' Statement of Accounts;
To be responsible in reviewing Account Receivable aging to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures;
To maintain proper record and filling of customers account receivable files, invoices, Debit Notes, Credit Notes and other documents as per statutory requirements and easy retrievable;
To be responsible for Credit Control of credit terms;
To be responsible to liaise with customers on collection and updating customers payment status;
To be responsible for monitoring customer account details for nonpayments, delayed payments and any other irregularities;
To be responsible in monthend closing;
To audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting;
To update and maintain all incoming payments with proper filling and records;
Any other task as assigned from time to time.
