Account & Admin Executive - Johor Bahru, Malaysia - Amethyst Partners
Description
Maintain and update transactions records- To support and assist with monthend / quarterend closing
- Prepare and checking company's monthly Management Report and Schedule
- Checking and verification of staff claims, payroll, invoicing and others
- Maintain a proper filling system including data management and file sharing
- Assist with the preparation of documentation according to format
- Assist in addoc duties and general office administration
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of admin/accounting/bookeeping related experience
- Strong attention to details. A sense of responsibility and maturity.
- Well organized and good problemsolving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
- Good communication skills (English & Chinese)
- Familiar with Xero accounting software is a plus, but not a requirement
Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
