Responsibilities- Assisting clients in endtoend cooperation process.
- Providing consultation and solutions to clients.
- Handling endtoend recruitment process (from sourcing until join date).
- Maintain relationship and active communication with clients.
- Developing talent pipelines and networking.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about recruitment/talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good team player and people management skills
- Sales/target driven, resilient, able to handle pressure
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Desire to selflearning, improvement and career growth
- External hiring experience from recruitment agency preferred
Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
