Responsibilities:


  • You will report to the Business Development Manager and manage a team.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong and longlasting relationships with our corporate enterprise clients and top brands through effective sales and retention programs such as promotional deals, rewards and marketing collaborations, asking the right questions and understanding their pain points while resolving them.
  • Establish a solid understanding of Lalamove's business and strengths to serve our clients better.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: With indepth data analysis of your portfolio, pipeline and business (using Freshworks CRM), drive and develop accountspecific growth strategies, as well as present actionable plans based on datadriven insights to achieve revenue goals.
  • Drive operational excellence by working collaboratively with our corporate clients, supply and customer service teams.
  • Proactively report key competitive trends using internal and external data to build best in class commercial capabilities.

; Requirements:


  • Bachelor (or above) degree in Business / Management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 years in an account manager role or experience in account management, marketing, partnerships or equivalent role.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Ability to speak in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Possess good presentation and customer relationship skills.
  • A selfstarter with the ability to manage own priorities and time.
