Work closely with the Head of MY Commercial to execute the initiatives that drive growth and profitability as well as guide the organisation's priorities
Work with function stakeholders to lead and drive projects from endtoend to enable business improvement and transformation. This may include
Leading Shopee MY's research efforts, with an emphasis on building a deeper understanding of the market and business
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive actionable Contributing to crossfunctional strategy
As point of contact as well as communicating strategies and objectives between departments within the company to drive project success.
Engage with C-Level / senior leadership within Shopee to drive key agenda and initiatives
Endtoend responsibility of Profit & Loss (P&L), resources and projects with respect to the above responsibilities
Represent Shopee MY Commercial to interface with
All departments across Shopee MY
Regional teams

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a highperforming organisation, as a management consultant or in corporate strategy
Background in ecommerce or fastpaced tech startups is a plus
Outstanding problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Result oriented with bias for handson execution
Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's in Business Administration (MBA) would be advantageous
