HR Manager Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies that align with our business goals

Optimize and standardize internal company policies and employee management systems.

Create and maintain a positive work environment, emphasizing teamwork and open communication.

Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

Lead initiatives for employee development, including training and career growth opportunities.

Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a harmonious work environment.

Participate in strategic planning with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Conduct performance management and provide feedback to employees and management.

Ensure the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive personnel records.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as an HR Manager with experience in fast-paced environment and able to multi-task

Strong understanding of the B2B, B2C and software development industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
