Job Scope:


Customer Service Excellence:


  • Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on meat selection and barbecue techniques.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience through attentive service.

Product Knowledge:


  • Acquire indepth knowledge of the different cuts of meat, their origins, and characteristics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, cooking methods, and barbecue accessories.

Inventory Management:


  • Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor product freshness and ensure proper storage and handling.

Operational Support:


  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation.
  • Learn and contribute to daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Team Collaboration:


  • Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Training and Development:


  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous learning and development.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Open to fresh graduate.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Personality:

Time Management:
Juggling various tasks and responsibilities requires effective time management. Prioritising tasks and delegating when necessary are key skills.


Detail-Oriented :
Paying attention to details ensures that all aspects of the restaurant, from service to cleanliness, meet high standards.


Problem-Solving:
Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly is important for maintaining a positive reputation.

RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
