Description
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This pivotal role focuses on driving online sales and maximizing ROI across our suite of brands.

You will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that spans all paid channels, including but not limited to PPC, social media advertising, display, and retargeting campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a robust performance marketing strategy to drive online sales and achieve business objectives for multiple brands.
  • Manage and optimize all paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital advertising channels.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and continuous A/B testing to understand campaign performance, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, utilizing insights to refine and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure that SEO and content marketing strategies are aligned with performance marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing campaigns, maximizing lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets for all paid marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
  • Produce regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with external vendors and platform representatives to ensure access to the latest features and support for our marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or certification in digital marketing or analytics is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales and achieving ROI, preferably within the education, training, or related industry.
  • Expert knowledge of PPC, social media advertising, display advertising, SEO, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across various platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong budget management skills, with experience in allocating and optimizing spends to meet business goals.
  • Creative thinker with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.
  • Detailoriented, with a passion for excellence and a constant drive to improve.

Salary:
RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
