HR Job Scope:


  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork.
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
  • Process employee documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and workshops.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials.
  • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting in setting objectives, tracking progress, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performancerelated issues.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.

Admin Job Scope:


  • Provide general administrative support to the organization, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Assist in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
