HR & Admin Executive - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Etre Patisserie Sdn Bhd
Description
HR Job Scope:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Process employee documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and workshops.
- Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in setting objectives, tracking progress, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performancerelated issues.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
Admin Job Scope:
- Provide general administrative support to the organization, including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Assist in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
