Description
2. Develop, implement, and support strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company services.


  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional value and service plus outdoor sales and customers visits are required.
  • Good negotiation skills with customers.
  • Target market penetration into private sector, MNC or GLC in promoting our service including project inquiry and follow-up on their requirements
  • Weekly review of sales performance and taking corrective action to ensure targets are met.
  • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information, negotiating with pricing to close deals.
  • Sales planning and forecasting along with weekly sales report, keeping track of payments and recoveries cycle.
  • Able to work well with internal team for good sales-support.
  • Reporting to Director

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree from a recognized University, Sales & Marketing background is preferable.
  • Proven 1-2 years experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in business development and partnerships management will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering quality service.

Salary:
RM2, RM6,000.00 per month

  • Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

  • Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
  • English (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Car license (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (preferred)
