• Keep up with key trends and develop analyses and insights
• Interpret and evaluate research data from various sources and develop integrated business analyses
• Gather information from meetings with relevant stakeholders for strategic decisionmaking
• Evaluate business processes and external environment of clients, and uncover areas for improvement

• Develop materials for meetings and / or workshops with client and prospective client
• Develop educational materials for internal use
• Develop materials to fulfill projects' needs

• Assist the operations and logistics of workshops and small session facilitation
• Take part in planning and executing small scale events

• Manage corporate social media profiles, company website and other communications channels
• Create content to stimulate awareness and interest in the company's service

• Assist in supporting projects in ensuring all deliverables are in place
• Assist in liaising with clients

• Assist / support on adhoc projects

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in written and verbal English
• Highly competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong business acumen, proactive, analytical, meticulous, and willing to learn
• Interest in business management and cuttingedge technologies will be a plus
