    The incumbent will need to meet and liaise with people from different background frequently and have an ability to access a candidate's potential through STAR approach.

    The incumbent is expected to be adept at handling end-to-end recruitment processes according to the business requirements.

    Responsibilities Manage full spectrum of recruitment functions which include sourcing, screening, interview and placement of potential candidates according to the business requirements.

    Source for potentials accordance to job specification and requirement in timely and cost effective manner. Work with respective HODs to update their departmental org charts & job description. Meeting with planning unit to explore all possibilities to optimize productivities. Review the existing manpower turnover and forecast the future trends for business readiness. Propose to management on prevention steps to take in addressing manpower shortage from time to time. Responsible and coordinate with related departments on staff on boarding and off boarding. Establish strong relationship with universities in organizing campus hire, career fair or career talk for future pipeline. Prepare letters for Executive levels and above in the organization. Assist in manpower planning related activities to increase the manpower productivity of the Company.

    Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be arranged from time to time Job Specification Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or relevant studies.

    At least three (3) years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes. Self-initiative, resourceful and independent. Meticulous and attention to detail. Able to work under minimum supervision and deal with deadlines. Good communication skill and able to deal with people at different levels. Able to work in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, KL.
