Description

• Issue nonconforming request (NCR) and follow up until the case is closed.
• Develop corrective action activities and follow up on implementation.
• Establish Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Test Method related to Quality Control Department.
• Prepare product specification and Certificate of Analysis (COA) to customer when necessary.
• Carry out investigation on product quality defects and liaise with related parties to resolve any problem.
• Perform inspection and testing of returned nonconfirming finished goods.
• Liaise closely and work together with all other department pertaining to quality issues covering raw material, production and finished products.
• Perform inspection of incoming Raw Material & Packaging Material.
• Perform quality checking in production line including bulk checking and prepare bulk color according to the BMR.
• Performing inprocess inspection/sampling of finished goods and conduct product stability studies.
• Support preparation of quality inspection plans and procedure.
• Assisting in product testing, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Approve and verify finished goods before deliver to customer.
• Monitor and ensure maintenance of reference standards, collect & retain samples in proper order according to planned schedules.
• Ensure proper documentations for traceability and smooth production by continuously updating.
• Perform calibration on pH meter.
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Possess at least Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in skin care/cosmetic manufacturing industries.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A team player, able to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to work independently/in a group with minimum supervision
• Effective problem solving and analytical skills
• Acute attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
