Description
IT Administration for all the IT Services.- IT Hardware and software support and troubleshooting based on user request with ticketing system.
- Diagnoses, identify and troubleshoot Hardware and Software Systems issue.
- Assist Business requirements based on our IT standards and guidelines.
- Network administration and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team member and document to ensure all IT services is up and running.
- IT asset management including IT asset tagging and hardware disposal.
- IT and procedures documentation.
Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month
