JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible for Regional OPEX Purchasing request to achieve maximum cost savings initiatives
  • Ensure BOQ requested according to latest establish SOR
  • Create and manage all Purchasing request N+3 from the date work order submitted to ensure undisrupted operational deliverables.
  • Monitor and ensure OPEX budget availability throughout the year and alert for any inconsistencies of OPEX in rise due to any operational event for management alert.
  • Ensure and create standard BOQ for common works execution to avoid revenue leakage and challenge the abnormalities upon work order submitted for non justified or beyond normal.
  • Ensuring the right and optimize BOQ been used for each scope of work to ensure profitability and avoid revenue losses.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly OPEX performance report for management view
  • Prepare, get verifications, and submit for approval monthly passthrough report by elements to customer consistently.
  • Interface with SCM/FSS to address mm code, contract, discrepancies occurs for purchasing request process to ensure smooth operational deliverables.
  • Update PR/ EWPCM and other system related daily,weekly and monthly basis
  • Responsible for GRN for each PR created in timely manner upon COA/job completion received in the system daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • To keep safe and confidentiality of the data according to governance and policy.
  • Initiate and coordinate discussions amongst stakeholders, drive for solution for operation benefits and maximize productivities.
  • Prepare and analyse and able to explain Purchasing report monthly basis to ensure all align according to budget plan vs utilize and create alerts and report the abnormalities.
  • Ready to execute task given by immediate superior in the event of urgencies and prioritizing task accordingly EXPERIENCE
  • Relevant experience is defined as experience in work order and financial systems.
  • Proven analytics and able to propose improvement plan
  • Experience of working in an operational environment alongside other technical and operational teams.
