Job Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in any medical or health related field of study
  • Possess good communication skills and good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work in fastpaced environment, independent, customerfocused, resultoriented & disciplined
  • At least 1 year of working experience in handling
    Guarantee Letter:
  • Able to understanding
    doctor's writing & medical term:
  • Willing to work on shifts and on rotation basis

Responsibilities:


  • To assess and approve the Admission/Discharge case accordance to the Insurance's policy terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all the documents received are complete with info that is required for Guarantee Letter (GL) issue.
  • Result oriented with a sense of urgency, cooperativeness and eagerness in ensuring efficient teamwork in delivering excellent services to the client.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
