Job Description:

  • Explore and build sales opportunities in wholesales segment at Johor.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities of sales process improvement by efficiently monitor the sales team to inspect sales process quality and priorities opportunities for improvement.
  • Support all other sales and internal departments such as the Commercial, Corporate Communication or Product Development teams.
  • Monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organisation's planning efforts.
  • Possess good knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
  • Uphold company's integrity, organisational policies and regulations involving Sales department.
  • Secure deliverables, organise internal departments to meet customers' target and solve arising problems in timely manner by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  • Monitor weekly sales and prepare reports on the monthly sales progress and performance.
  • Be brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to respective internal stakeholder.
  • Any adhoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in FMCG sales.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process form plan to close.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary:
Up to RM10,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
