    Privilege Financial Consultant (Region Terengganu)

    As a Privilege Financial Consultant, you will provide personalized financial consultation and advice to clients based on their financial goals and needs.

    1. Deliver tailored financial solutions to clients through in-depth consultations and wealth assessments.
    2. Promote Maybank's comprehensive range of insurance, investment, and deposit products to retail clients.
    3. Cross-sell additional financial solutions such as financing and credit cards to increase client product holdings.
    4. Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and effectively manage customer portfolios in retail wealth sales and advisory.
    5. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics, contributing significantly to overall branch performance and sales revenue.
    6. Evaluate and ensure compliance with all regulatory and Bank standards and practices.
    7. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
    8. Action swiftly on leads and maintain proactive follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
    9. Provide exceptional after-sales service to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
    10. Identify potential customers through data mining and participate in sales launches to generate new business opportunities.

    Requirements:

    1. Fresh graduates with a passion for finance and sales advisory are encouraged to apply.
    2. A good understanding of banking, investment, deposits, and insurance products is essential.
    3. Knowledge in Financial Planning/Wealth Management or Retail Banking/Branch Operations is advantageous.
    4. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
    5. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
    6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work standards.
    7. Candidates with full banking licenses (e.g., PCE/TBE/CEILLI/IPPC/FIMM) may have an advantage.
