Sales specialists is responsible for improve sales and overall business growth, have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell.

Sales specialists might also prepare marketing budgets, conduct research and analyze trends, lead the sales team, and perform sales forecasts.


  • Enterprise Solutions Sales
  • Achieved consistent success in selling solutions and services to Enterprise clients in Malaysia.
  • More than 7 years' current experience in ICT related Enterprise Sales environment
  • Experience in Account Management Processes
  • Account Planning, Account Strategy, Forecast Management, Relationship Management, Orchestration and Leadership of the company engagement, Customer Requirements gathering and shaping, ensuring that Altel delivers what it sells.
  • Led teams in pursuit of significant Enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Worked together with partners to deliver a complete solution to Enterprise customers.
  • Understanding of technology services in delivery and support and ability to position them profitably with customers is a must.
  • Good understanding of mobile, IP & fixed networking solutions
  • Conducting market research and sharing findings with the team
  • Setting sales targets and implementing incentives.

Requirements:


  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.

Salary:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month

- in ICT related Enterprise Sales environment: 5 years (preferred)
