Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that help the company grow and expand market, create better brand presence and recognition, drive business goals that will increase revenue and achieve financial objectives.
The BD Manager is to collaborate with senior management to identify and strategize new business opportunities in developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth of projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to execute all business development and planning activities of the company.
- Perform commercial viability, financial and valuation analysis, due diligence, have a sound
- recommendation to key Management for corporate growth.
- To prepare the business & strategic plans such as corporate presentations and paperwork for the
- Assist the key management in the undertaking of analysis to determine project evaluation, including
- To be involved in new business development, build and maintain relationships with business partners
- Be able to review commercial agreements, contracts and other matters related to new set ups,
- Other administrative support
- New Outlet Opening
- Ensure proper timeline management and deadline adherence with relevant documentation and timely rollout process
- Execute and follow up on all documentation process in relation to new outlet opening to include & notwithstanding any other required information as follows:
- Support in follow up with landlord on rental negotiations
- Application and payment processing of deposits / stamping fee related to tenancy agreements
- Application and payment process of TNB / Syabas
- Application and payment for new outlet Insurance
- Application and payment of temporary / permanent business license or any other licenses
- Project compliance reporting, monitoring of new openings and other relevant reporting
- To accomplish any other adhoc tasks and assignments given
Salary:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
