Description

Assist the QA Executive in developing, implementing, improving, and maintaining Quality Management System to ensure that the products and services meet customer requirements and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsible for performing first article inspection, capability study, and measurement system analysis.
Prepare and manage First Article Inspection Report and other regular QA reports.
Drive resolution of the internal and external quality issues through 8D/CAPA process, traceability, and commonality analysis.
Participate in new projects and transfer project qualification activities.
Assist in monitoring quality performances and analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Handle customer feedback and providing timely response to customers.
Perform investigations and follows through on requests for supplier corrective action as directed by customers.
Assist in providing Quality related training for team members to improve team performance.
Provide support and assistance to QA/QC team to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operations & achieve department goals and objectives.
Work closely with Manufacturing, Operations & Engineering departments for continuous improvement.
Participate in the audit process and meeting.
Ensure that all documents and confidential information are stored properly, updated, and well maintained.
Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
