  • Location: George Town, Penang
  • Shift : 9am to 6pm or 12pm to 9pm

Responsibilities

  • Log customer interactions in our system for proper documentation
  • Followup with customers as appropriate
  • Review customer's account to identify and offer products that will benefit the customers (Sales Representative)
  • Participate in team meetings and strategize on team performance improvement
  • Participate in oneonone coaching sessions with direct manager to strategize on individual performance improvement

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Experienced or interest in a BPO, Customer Service, and/or Sales
  • Willing to relocate to Penang
