Sales Associate Program - Petaling Jaya, Malaysia - Johnson & Johnson
Description
Objective of the program:
- A structured program to acquire and build talent into the sales pipeline.
- Provide the opportunity and equip fresh graduates the basic skills and technical knowledge to venture into the medical device sales career.
- This program would be for 12 months: Sales (6 months) & Marketing (6 months).
- This program would be placed under the Global Orthopedic Group, DePuySynthes, Johnson & Johnson SEA MedTech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Managers to gain exposure in Marketing Excellence, Activities Planning and Business Analysis.
- Fieldwork with Product Specialists to gain insights of sales processes and business needs.
- Able to provide case support to healthcare professionals to understand the importance of service and support
- Learn and assist in providing continuous medical education to customers
- Crossfunctional collaboration with other business functions.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates in any discipline
- Minimum 2nd Upper Class and above (CGPA 3.0 and above).
- Reputable and accredited university.
- Flexibility to be based outside of Central would be an added advantage.
