Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketer to join our marketing team.

As a Digital Marketer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various digital channels, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to continuous optimization efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Help manage and update the company's website content, ensuring it remains current, informative, and userfriendly.
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and display networks.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on performance and insights for improvement.
  • Assist in managing social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate digital marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and suggest innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization efforts by conducting A/B tests, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to increase conversion rates and ROI.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of digital marketing materials, such as graphics, videos, and infographics, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Help monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback, ensuring a positive brand image and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking and optimization efforts.
  • Proficiency in using graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, to create basic marketing materials is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas and feedback.
  • Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic principles of branding and design aesthetics is preferred.
  • Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
