Description
Telemarketers are professionals who are responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone and selling products.- Their duties include tracking customer contact lists, explaining the benefits or advantages of their services, and obtaining payment information if necessary.
- Cold call people using a given phone directory.
- To generate leads for Sales Team Members.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- To understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their advantages.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
- Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- They must know sales techniques for convincing prospects into buying products or services that may interest them.
- To assist in Sales Administration related tasks from time to time.
- To prepare documentation for sales orders.
- Filing of sales orders related documentation in a timely manner.
- To assist in preparing Customer Information Form (CIF).
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned by superior.
; Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Min. Diploma holder in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malay.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
