What will we be expecting you to do?
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Identify, planning & implementation of new area of business (Geographically).
- Planning, monitoring, and performing business development and sales activities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- To develop and empower the marketing plan implementation.
- Planning, monitoring and ensure monthly and yearly target plan achievable.
- To perform the sales and marketing to achieve the departments' KPI.
- Research on potential clients and ensure the development of business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and communicate effectively to internal teams.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with consulting teams to tailor solutions accordingly.
OFFICE MANAGER
- Manage EndtoEnd Product Registration Process.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation related to product registration activities.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Serve as a point of contact between employees and management.
- Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
Are you the one we are looking for?
- At least 35 years of work experience (Experience in Consulting Body would be an advantage).
- Strong communication skills and demonstrable selfsufficiency in sales activities.
- Selfmotivated and adaptable to be able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Sound computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Previous experience using a CRM system would be an advantage.
- Strong positive values and behaviors and ability to build rapport over the phone and maintain relationships.
- Willingness to learn and develop best practices.
- Identify & propose changes/solutions to drive and increase targeted delivery.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
