Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper tracking of all incoming and outgoing martials and products
Implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and minimize stockouts.

Shipping and Receiving:

Coordinate and oversee the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Verify and inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, resolving discrepancies as needed.

Personnel Management:

Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity and safety.

Warehouse Organization:

Develop and maintain efficient storage and layout systems to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.
Implement proper labelling, tagging, and categorization of goods for easy identification and retriecal.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols, guidelines, and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA and other industryspecific standards

Equipment and Maintenance:

Manage the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
Ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition to support warehouse operations.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and refine warehouse process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
Identify areas for improvement and implrment innovative solutions to potimize workflow

Communication:

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless coordination of materials and products.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues related to shipments and deliveries

Reporting:

Generate regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving warehouse operations.
