Requirements

  • Have min 25 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Prior experience in managing a cluster/ area of
    F&B outlets is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with excellent written & spoken English.
  • Must be detailoriented and stay on task, as well as efficient in scheduling and able to manage all the events
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain the operations records
  • Strong communications skills to all levels
  • Operations Manager, Upper Management, Support Centre, staff, and customers
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fastpaced, continually changing environment.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements and SOPs within the Operations team.
Responsibility

  • Perform handson operations work and handle the administrative responsibilities
  • Engaging with each store manager to drive all KPI's
  • Actively promote all company national marketing campaigns
  • Controlling labor and cost of goods across the region
  • Train, mentor and coach store managers & assist with their career growth.
  • Conducting 1 on 1 meeting with each store manager on a weekly basis.
  • Manage daily activities, including staffing, scheduling and customer interactions
  • Leading the Boost customer experience throughout all stores.
  • Completing company QAR (Quality assurance review) across all stores.
  • Working at your 'home' store to drive sales
  • Audit for equipment, supplies and materials

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
