Description
People Manager of Sales Executives under own allocated Area. Hence to coach, mentor, grow and engage Sales Executives to maximize their performance and potential.

  • Plan & execute overall Open Channel expansion, based on existing consumer density and new market opportunities.
  • To explore green fields areas within a Cluster for further expansion.
  • Plan, develop and execute quarterly tactical sales program to achieve target set upon.
  • Perform Basic Performance Analysis to help translate to action items.
  • Monitor dealers' performance by Clusters to ensure dealers are on par with current product promo/ channel or segment programs.
  • Responsible for Cluster pyramid health following guidelines as directed by Sales & Distribution Team.
  • To achieve sales targets for reloads & quality activations leading to revenue increase.

Salary:
RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
