Description
Managing of factory building and renovation work.

  • Coordinate and lasing with authority ; MBJB, JKKP, Bomba, PDRM for any factory related issue.
  • Work closely with safety officer for any kind safety related issue; such as fire fighting system, JKKP highlighted issue, and any kind of for to ensure goods for safety work place.
  • Manage and work with professional engineer (PE), Architect, for updated as built drawing, and submission accordingly to authority.
  • Managing of department and company investment cost; for new building setup, renovation cost, new purchase of facility equipment etc. by provide ROI of any kind of facility investment.
  • Reporting to General Manager, COO and CEO for any kind of major breakdown which involving with high cost to repair etc.
  • Study, prepare and do improvement work to ensure factory facility equipment can function and can be utilize by production accordingly.
  • Managing and maintain of fire fighting equipment to ensure always in goods condition, included yearly inspection by Bomba and 3rd party
  • Liaise with supplier and contractor for parts order, quotation, project schedule, progress of project until handover to user.

Salary:
Up to RM12,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Facilities maintenance: 8 years (preferred)
