JOB DESCRIPTION:

INTERNSHIP IT SUPPORT

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting for enduser desktop PCs, laptops & printers
  • Monitor & maintain the IT infrastructure such as servers and networking.
  • Assist in documentation of all working instruction, user guides, configuration and procedures.
  • Perform IT troubleshooting tasks & windows patching.
Prepare laptop for new hireBackup data and format resigned staff laptop.

  • Assist in IT inventory and documentation.
  • Involve in other tasks or project as required.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

INTERNSHIP IT SUPPORT

Skills and Specifications:

  • Good command of English is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the IT security field.
  • Detailoriented, proven ability to work effectively both independently and in teambased environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skill and critical thinking.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum a degree in Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science or related course in computers/technology.
  • Good command of the English language is a must.

Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
RM1, RM1,500.00 per month
