Description

Responsibilities:

- responsible for group project balance stock and newly launched projects;
- to lead & motivate a team of sales staff;
- to set division KPIs;
- to build network and maintain good rapport with real estate agency;
- to plan for sales strategy & promotion activities;
- to work well with departmental managers.


Requirements:


  • A team player;
  • Experienced in relevant industry;
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral & written;
  • Eloquent and possesses strong negotiation skill;
  • Good sales records.
  • Possesses handson experiences in the relevant field is an added advantage;
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fastpace environment;
  • Must be positive character and good team player.

Pay:
RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
