    • Serve as single point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for network, hardware, and software based on customer needs via phone or email.
    • Provide expert answers to service, product, and technical inquiries for current and legacy products via phone or email.
    • Offer proactive support to help reduce the occurrence of issues.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
    • Communicate effectively in both writing and speech.
    • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proficiency in Japanese language is required, JLPT N2 or above preferred.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for this role.
