You will be responsible for driving the success of our enterprise SaaS products across the region.As a Senior Product Manager, you will possess exceptional execution skills and a proven track record of scaling SaaS products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of our SaaS product portfolio for schools, ensuring alignment with Little Lives' goals and objectives.
- Drive the international expansion of our school management software products, leveraging your previous experience in scaling products globally.
- Conduct comprehensive customer research to gain deep insights into the needs, pain points, and preferences of schools and educational institutions.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to deliver highquality software products on time and within budget.
- Develop and prioritise the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives, with a focus on enhancing the educational experience and efficiency of schools.
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Monitor key product metrics and analyse data to make datadriven decisions and optimise the performance of our school management software products.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the education sector.
About you:
- Proven 5 years' experience working in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, industry trends, and best practices.
- Previous experience working on building and expanding a B2B/ Enterprise solution product. Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS products internationally, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong execution skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within tight timelines.
- Proven expertise in conducting customer research, including methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain valuable insights and inform product decisions for the education sector.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Pay:
RM6, RM12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- KL Sentral: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Product management: 5 years (preferred)
- SaaS: 4 years (preferred)
- B2B: 4 years (preferred)
