• Maintaining the product's quality
• Ensure all the ingredients haven't expired and been used with correct formulation
• Food sampling/food testing everyday with random batch for finished products
• Staff's hygienic
• Factory cleanliness
• Perform quality control checks and generate QC reports for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that they meet quality and safety standards
• Performing sensory evaluation for incoming raw materials
• Quality Assurance
• Documentation (MESTI, DBKK, HALAL, DOE, JKKP & Etc)
• Conduct QC inspection for customer feedbacks
• Compile/archive QC report related documents
• Assist in product development or product improvement sensory evaluation preparations when required
• Assist sales or other departments with product specification, certification and quality related document requests
• Responsible on purchasing raw materials for production.
• Responsible on stock take for every month on raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure the production line performs very well even though it has a shortage on staff.
