This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of Amazon's Logistics Team and contribute to delivering customer satisfaction. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the delivery station.
You will ensure a safe workplace, properly trained personnel, and address team needs so they can focus on their jobs. You will also coordinate operations both within the facility and for on-route activities, create an inclusive work environment, and adapt to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing methodology and experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques. A completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience is required, along with 5+ years of General Experience and 3+ Year(s) as people manager.
