OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Kiosk Attendant.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating a kiosk, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the kiosk operations.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:
_

  • Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • 2.

Operations:
_

  • Set up and maintain the shop in an organized and presentable manner.
  • Ensure that all products and promotional materials are wellstocked and neatly displayed.
  • Operate pointofsale (POS) systems for transactions accurately.
  • Keep the kiosk area clean and tidy.
  • 3.

Product Knowledge:
_

  • Provide accurate information to customers about product features, pricing, and promotions.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.

Salary:
RM1, RM1,400.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
