OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Kiosk Attendant.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating a kiosk, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the kiosk operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service:
_

Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Operations:
_

Set up and maintain the shop in an organized and presentable manner.
Ensure that all products and promotional materials are wellstocked and neatly displayed.
Operate pointofsale (POS) systems for transactions accurately.
Keep the kiosk area clean and tidy.
3.

Product Knowledge:
_

Provide accurate information to customers about product features, pricing, and promotions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
