Description
Requirements:
- Experience in planning and implementing business strategy according to company strategy;
- Skills in planning and controlling budgets;
- Experience in creating and implementing processes and procedures;
- Management skills, organizing effective teamwork;
- Experience with CRM System;
- Knowledge of Office Administration standards and best practices;
- Good speaking skills in English and Mandarin;
- Business orientation, negotiation, trustworthing, empathy, leadership, and timemanagement skills.
Responsibilities:_
- Adapt the staff size to the needs of the business: enable the healthy team growth;
- Cooperate with Senior Management and Division Head on Division restructures, workforce planning, identifying high potentials;
- Conducting one to one meetings with the employees;
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with respective Division, and give feedback to Senior Management if necessary.
Salary:
RM6, RM9,000.00 per month
