Assistant QA Manager - Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia - MINDE Group
Description
Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventative action plans on any non-conforming event.- Followup on the action plans and assess the effectiveness of changes made.
- To spearhead all Quality Assurance Operations via pinpointing the root cause whether it is coming internally or externally, in order to systemically drive down bottlenecks that impede the overall Quality Assurance standards within the organization.
- Demonstrate skill in preventive quality engineering methods, data analysis, critical thinking, structured problem solving (8D), the use of metrics to identify opportunity, and business process improvement
- Liaise with other managers and staff to provide training, tools, and techniques to enable others to meet quality standards and achieve continuous improvement of the QMS
- Good knowledge at ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949 Quality Management System.

Up to RM9,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Quality management: 5 years (preferred)
