BRIEF

As the Business Support Executive, the primary role includes providing day-to-day business development, coordination and operational support to ensure smooth running of the maritime operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Generate invoices to client / customer from desludging, deslopping, waste collection andwaste disposal.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report and summary.
Follow up payment with client and update the accounting record using autocount.
Update petty cash on a daily basis.
Update ledger account.
Monitor cash flow and prepare budgeted funds for payment purposes.
Liaise and coordinate with client / customer on waste collection / disposal and otherrelated matters.
Prepare summary on jobs received by types of waste, port, quantity etc.
Prepare quotation and letters for clients.
To ensure data accuracy on waste collection and disposal schedules.
Oversee maritime's hostel and carry out regular supervision.
Oversee daily maritime operations.
Key liaison with shipping agents (port and shore), operations and logistics team.
Manage and register port pass for the operations crew.
Prepare declaration documents during port visits for the operations crew.
Undertake any other adhoc tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Willing to work at Pulau Indah, Westport 4 days a week and a day at HQ Bukit Jalil (5 days work).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Min Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in marine, logistics, business administration, marketing or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales support.
Excellent in Excel and proficient in MS Office.
Strong coordination, follow up and organisational skills.
Proficient in writing and communicating in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Salary:
RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
