**Key Responsibilities:
- **•Plan, supervise, monitor and check maintenance job

Ensure all schedule and unscheduled maintenance activities delivered at best quality and safe to operate all time
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
Make sure all work station clean, safe and tidy condition
Update daily progress all assignment as per given by HOD
Assist on maintain files, records, and documents for the department
Work closely and trainee maintenance team to improve skills and quality of maintenance activities
Responding to breakdown, diagnosis fault and find out root cause if technician cannot solve it
Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
Perform any duties as may be directed from time to time by the Maintenance Manager

**Qualifications & Requirements:
- **•Advantage if any competency (Chargeman AO/A1)

At least a SPM/certificate/diploma in technical discipline or equivalent.
Experienced in building facility M&E maintenance (priority hotel background) involving Air conditioning, plumbing, civil and preventive maintenance
Good command of spoken and written English
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to learn and take over new responsibilities and challenges.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,499.00 per month
