JOB PURPOSE
- Assisting the Operations Executive and Assistant Manager, Trade Return for daily administration work, maintain Trade Return records & transactions (Return order creation) and provide support to Customer Service, Trade Return to resolve issues in Zuellig Pharma West Malaysia
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fosters close working relationships with the team members in communication, development, followup of operational transaction activities and ensure administrative procedures & practices is comply in West Malaysia site Central Warehouse
- Maintain of quality of work, good working relationship with internal & external customer and adhere to tight deadlines in accordance to the job scope. All in accordance to the requirements of our company's policiesand standard operating procedures.
- Handle phone calls from clients, when appropriate, transfer calls to Team Leader.
- Assist Team Leader to photocopy and filling of documents.
- Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S
- Work with other team members in different business unit to ensure smooth administrative/operational procedures and practices is imposed in compliance with company policy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year experience in similar role
- Knowledge on GMP, GSDP, GDPMD and ISO 9001 requirements
- Knowledge of company operations and procedures
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
