Description
We at Global Trade Capital, are searching for a vibrant and experienced tele sales representative. GTC, provides equal opportunity chance.

Individuals who are given this opportunity will be required to sell a broad range of financial products and services to a diverse international client base.


Responsibilities:


  • Call all the provided numbers and identify potential customers
  • Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts / Product knowledge
  • Should possess good knowledge of all company products.
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and find their interest
  • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Gathering Customer information to follow up, if any.
  • Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM Database.
  • Go the "extra mile" to convert leads to future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Skills:


  • Minimum 1 year experience in Forex Industry preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- forex market knowledge

  • Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
  • Providing information to customers

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • The English language is basic
  • Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia or Vietnam speaker or any International Language is plus
  • Experience 1+ experience in a similar industry
  • Employment Type Full Time
