Analyst - Local Malaysian with Japanese JLPTN1/N2
Are you a skilled analyst with Japanese proficiency (JLPTN1/N2) and expertise in content management? We are looking for an Analyst to join our team and lead content management specialists.
As an Analyst, you will oversee content deployment, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage team performance to ensure seamless content operations.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience with workflowdriven content management platforms such as Drupal, AEM, or WordPress.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Team management skills to lead and guide content management specialists effectively.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and UX/UI concepts is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders, including designers, marketing teams, copyrighters, and creative agencies.
Area of Responsibility:
- Lead and manage a team of content management specialists, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the deployment of approved content across various platforms, following established processes.
- Coordinate with the client's marketing team or agency on project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of content operations.
- Handle team escalations and proactively address challenges.
- Train the team on existing procedures and new requirements, driving knowledge management initiatives.
- Report team performance and manage SLA/KPI performance to ensure timely and highquality content delivery.
Salary:
From RM9,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
