As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate our agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently, ensuring their projects align with strategic objectives and deliver value to our stakeholders.

You will also encourage a culture of innovation and risk-taking within the team, while ensuring that project risks are managed and mitigated.

In your first week in this Scrum Master role, you can expect to:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Empower the team to identify and remove impediments, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals
  • Guide the team in adhering to Agile/Scrum practices and values, while also being flexible to adapt to project needs
  • Monitor project progress, track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
