Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR department.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Handle daytoday HR tasks and employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in forex or finance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of forex industry regulations is a plus.
Salary:
Up to RM4,500.00 per month
Experience:
Human Resources: 2 years (required)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
