Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing (in FMCG) or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Physical stamina for onsite event coordination.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Able to plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of events.
  • Establish and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
  • Collaborate with and manage vendors.
  • Oversee event setup.
  • Conduct postevents evaluations to gather feedback from clients and customers.

Salary:
RM3,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
