Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KOL Manager to drive retail client conversion through influencer partnerships and creator-led content initiatives.Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant trading/finance/lifestyle KOLs across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram,Twitter etc). Negotiate manage contracts performance metrics deliverables for influencer campaigns Build strong long-term relationships with top-performing KOLs to drive consistent conversion brand alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing partnerships or KOL management—preferably in fintech trading crypto or e-commerce
- Proven track record of using KOLs to drive performance metrics such as account sign-ups funding conversions
- Familiarity with influencer tracking platforms analytics tools
