Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Equipment Efficiencies - To maintain the plant by performing planned preventative and predictive maintenance tasks and efficient response to plant breakdowns.
  • Should be able to do hands on work for lighting circuits troubleshooting, new electrical circuits installation.
  • Should be responsible for continuous improvement and corrective actions in plant.
  • Should be responsible for preventive maintenance activities of each individual location including housekeeping.
  • Ability in troubleshooting and rectification of electrical and automation system such as motors, starter, inverter, wiring, power supply interlock, sensors, control valves, conveyors and etc
  • Carry out planned instruments, electrical & mechanical routine maintenance tasks to ensure plant machinery is running effectively and safely. Ensure routines are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Carry out instruments, electrical & mechanical repairs when required to ensure plant availability is maximized.
  • Anticipate failures on plant machinery and highlight with recommendations to prevent failure to Team Leader and planner.
  • Reporting of planned/unplanned follow actions to leader in order for the work orders to be closed off in a timely manner with the correct level of feedback.

Qualifications and Experience Required:


Required Skills:


  • Ability in troubleshooting and rectification of electrical and automation system such as motors, starter, inverter, wiring, power supply interlock, sensors, control valves, PLCs, conveyors and etc.
  • Working experience in _
    Siemens PLCs & HMIs_ is preferred

Salary:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
